Questions, answered.
What we do, how we work, how the SignCoders cooperation is structured, and where the legal footing sits. No fluff — the same answers you'd get on the discovery call.

01 What does The WOW Studio × SignCoders do?
We're an AI-first cooperation providing end-to-end advisory and product development for SMEs. The WOW Studio leads advisory, discovery, and design — AI audits, training, product discovery, and service design. SignCoders leads implementation, onboarding, and maintenance. Together we cover the whole journey from AI ambition to a working, maintained product.
-
02 What's the difference between the two service packages?
Client Nurture (The WOW Studio) is advisory and design — we help you see what’s genuinely possible, train your team, and produce a build-ready specification. Implementation (SignCoders) is the build — quality-assured implementation, onboarding, and maintenance, human-supervised at every step. Most clients begin with discovery and advisory.
-
03 How does your process work?
Waterfall in discipline, agile in feedback. We move through a linear flow — Client Specification → Product Specification → Client Audit → Client Approval → Implementation — but the client feedback cycle within it can be iterated rapidly, several times if needed. You get the structure of waterfall with the responsiveness of agile.

04 What does the SignCoders partnership mean?
SignCoders is a for-profit social enterprise that creates real digital careers for Deaf and hard-of-hearing professionals, working in mixed Deaf–hearing teams. They handle implementation, onboarding, and maintenance in the cooperation. Diversity here is substance, not a footnote — inclusive teams competing in mainstream tech markets.

05 What kinds of projects do you work best with?
Projects with a clear footing move fastest: SMEs with AI ambition but no solution yet, greenfield prototypes, standalone or ringfenced scope, solutions needing no AI or only smaller on-prem models, non-mission-critical projects, and clients comfortable with off-prem AI. We can deliver well beyond these — clarifying the legal framework on a complex project just takes longer.
-
06 How do you handle the legal and compliance side of AI?
We build the legal questions into the plan from day one: EU AI Act classification, liability for AI-generated code, data protection / IP / contractual risk around third-party AI providers, contracting structure, and on-prem versus off-prem deployment implications. Ongoing legal advisory is a core input to every decision — increasingly a seat at the table.
-
07 Which regions do you work in?
The United Kingdom, Hungary, and EU-wide.

08 How is this different from a traditional AI agency?
We pair the latest AI capability with decades of lived enterprise and entrepreneurial experience — neither breathless hype nor a legacy agency stuck in last year's playbook. Work is human-led and expert-supervised at every step; technology changes too fast to bet on any single stack, so what stays essential is human intention, design, and leadership. And we're upfront about the legal footing before anything gets built.
